Screen Capture 3 is a video grabber that enables you to record any activity on your computer screen. Record games: capture an epic battle from your favorite shoot-em-up and share it with your friends on Facebook or YouTube right away. Capture online video or live stream to view when you have time. Record screencasts with voiceover to create a video software tutorial.
You can choose one of three capture modes and the program will adjust the settings for recording games, online video or screencasts. If you select game mode, Screen Capture 3 minimizes to the system tray, enables hot keys and automatically starts recoding at full screen. That's why this screen recording software is perfect for gamers.
You can also adjust settings manually. Change the speed to up to 30fps for smoother video. Raise or lower the compression ratio for smaller or larger output files. Choose the capture area by selecting one of the predefined sizes or move the frame to record the exact area of the screen you want. Make the output frame size 2 or 4 times smaller than the resolution of the captured screen area and you'll get smoother video and a smaller output video file.
One of the most obvious ways to use Screen Capture 3 is creating video tutorials. If you have a microphone in your PC or laptop, narrate your actions while you're capturing the video to get a screencast with voiceover. Highlight the cursor and click sound to emphasize some important points in your tutorial. Save the result in any popular video format or select of the presets for mobile devices including Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod, Android based smartphones and regular mobile phones of many brands, Sony PSP, XBox, etc.

The screenshot feature will definitely appeal to some. You don't have to copy and paste the screenshots into a graphic editor.
